Meeting was started at 8:05PM in Stormwind Park.  We had 11 members in attendance.  Our guild bank is currently at a balance of 1450+ gold.  We are saving for a 6th tab which will be used for earmarked guildie items or items that only officers have access to. We have vent for the guild!  Thank you Draesa! The information on how to get vent on your computer are on our Guild Information page ingame.  Go to your social (guild member) tab. Look for a red "guild information" button and presto, the information is there :)  Reminder that the guild bank is for "TRADING" not freebies. Any member that has crafted items from skill ups or that will help them skill up may advertise in guild chat.

The new guild rank and bank format was discussed.  Changes are:

Guild bank is based upon character level.  Ranks are based upon merit and determine guild bank access.

Peasant - Trial member, no guild bank access but may guild chat
Footman 1 - Char lvl 1 to 39, may withdraw 1 item from tab 1 daily and has repairs paid by guild.  May Guild chat
Footman 2 - Char lvl 40 to 59, may withdraw 1 item from tab 2 daily and has repairs paid by guild. May guild chat.
Footman 3 - Char lvl 60+, may withdraw 1 item from tab 3 daily and has repairs paid by guild. May guild chat
Knight - Char lvl 1 to 39, may withdraw 2 items from tab 1 daily, has guild repairs paid by guild, may recruit and guild chat.
Muskateer - Char lvl 40-59, may withdraw 2 items from tab 2 daily, has guild repairs paid by guild, may recruit and guild chat.
Crusader - Char lvl 60+, may withdraw 2 items from tab 3 daily, has guild repairs paid by guild, may recruit and guild chat.
Duke/Duchess - Officer of the guild, may withdraw up to 15 items from tabs 1, 2, 3 & 4 per day. May withdraw up to 5 items from tab 5 and may withdraw up to 10 gold per day.  Has repairs paid for by guild, may recruit, guild and officer chat and will host special projects or events as well as fill in for the Queen as needed. May change message of the day as needed. May promote/demote members as earned by merit.

Tab 1 of the guild bank holds Armor, Weapons, Patterns/Recipes and mats for characters level 1-39.
Tab 2 of the guild bank holds Armor, Weapons, Patterns/Recipes and mats for characters level 40-59.
Tab 3 of the guild bank holds Armor, Weapons, Patterns/Recipes and mats for characters level 60+.
Tab 4 of the guild bank holds all Rare (blue) and Epic (Purple) items and these are by request only from an officer
Tab 5 is for deposits/contributions to the guild only.

Any member that needs an item from a tab they do not have access to may request the item from any officer of the guild.  These may not be immediately available as the officer will need to check with others to make sure the item was not previously earmarked for another guildie.

As characters level up, such as from lvl 39 to 40, their rank will adjust accordingly to allow access to the appropriate guild bank tab.  So, if they were Footman 1 at level 39, they would become Footman 2.  If they were Knight, they would become Muskateer. They will no longer have access to the lower level tab and again any items may be requested from an officer if needed.

The Liason rank was taken out as it seemed to be a repetitive rank.  Any liason had the option of becoming Duke/Duchess as they had already been voted into that position by the guild.  New positions up to 15 Duke/Duchess positions will be available to guild members.  Any guild member may nominate themselves or another guild member for that position via mail to Sharlor.  We will vote in new Duke/Duchess positions at our September 15th guild meeting and any following meetings until we reach a total of 15 people in that position.

Our new instance raid schedule is now in effect.  At our 9/15 meeting members interested in raid instances will need to download Group Calendar.  The version required will be announced at that meeting. We will also be using Group O Matic to assist in keeping track of members and their positions and or activity in raid instances.

Both Glinchy and Sylph mentioned they had some mats available to guildy's... Glinchy had fish for people that need cooking skill ups and Sylph mentioned ores... Again, feel free to use guild chat if you want to advertise such things. 

Guild bank will be up and down all day on 9/2 as the banker rearranges per the information above.
